Satellite feed to go upstairs?

Hi all,
I have a satellite dish and a freesat box as I don't have a TV aerial so can't get freeview etc. (House wasn't built with an aerial although there are aerial sockets dotted around the house!) There are 2 sat feeds coming into the house (living room) and they both look exactly the same.
 How can I run a feed upstairs so I can watch tv upstairs? I've just put a TV in the bedroom but can only watch dvd's on it right now. Do I need to get a new wire installed from the dish and drilled through the wall upstairs? Or can I get a super long satellite feed extension cable from the other sat wire coming into the house to run upstairs (which would be very impractical unless I drill a hole through the living room ceiling into the bedroom upstairs)?
Would I also need to buy another freesat box to be able to watch tv upstairs? Or is there a way to connect 2 TV's to the freesat box I already have? (Manhattan plaza HD-s model)
What's the cheapest option?
Thanks for the advice...!!

Least effort is a video sender (get a 5GHz version) otherwise its new cable from Sat dish0
