Blown Loft Insulation or Rolls?

Hi,
In need of insulating my 3 bed semi loft. Missed the grants so paying for it ourselves.
Have the option of having blown loft insulation or rolls - rolls are slightly more expensive as there is more labour involved.
We never use the loft - can't remember the last time it was opened so are thinking of going down the blown insulation route (rockwool)
Any negatives with this - any experience of it installed?
