Just had a letter through the post from the CoOp asking if would like them to review their sales methods when i took out a loan.
Apparently they have found inconsistencies with the selling of PPI.
Enclosed is a yes or no box. Either for them to review or not review their sales methods. Also a questionaire about the PPI asking if i knew about the terms etc.
Cant believe the banks are actually coming to us know.

What you have received is a CCL. Most providers are in the process of sending these out as it allows them to activate the 3 year timebar clock.
