How long does TDS adjudication process take?

Options
My ex Landlord submitted their documents which and I have now submitted mine which TDS received this week.

Does anyone know how long it takes TDS to review this and make their decision? Anyone have 1st hand experience of this?

For us it was just shy of the 4 weeks once it went to the adjudicators (i think 25 days).

You should get an email with the date you will have a answer by soon.

The process is awful and not very well documented.

As yet the online system is not even showing my documentation has been received howeve they have confirmed they got it on Monday. It does seem very drawn out and more frustrating as I've waited over 2 months for my LL to send their documents to the TDS in the 1st place.
