Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is organised by Women’s Cycling Magazine,
2. The winner of the competition will win a 2014 Specialized Ariel bike.
3. The competition will close on 30th September 2013 at midnight. The winning entry will be drawn at random and the winner will be notified.
4. The competition is open to legal residents of the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey over the age of 18.
5. Where the product is out of stock, the winner will have to select an alternative product of equal value.
6. The prize cannot be exchanged for money and an alternative prize will not be offered.
7. Delivery of the bike will be arranged upon the winner being notified and the recipient of the prize will be required to get sized for the bike at a Specialized Dealer selected by Specialized UK to whom the prize will be delivered and built ready for collection by the winner from the Specialized Dealer.
8. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, result and all other matters relating to the competition, Women’s Cycling Magazine’s decision will be final and no other further discussions will be entered into.
9. The organiser reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or foreclose the competition at any time without any prior written notice and without any liability to any qualifying participant.
This competition is not available for entry to employees (and their immediate families) of Specialized UK or its affiliates, dealerships, partners and appointed agencies, nor to employees of Women’s Cycling.
