Pizza Express Complaints Head Office E Mail address

We had a poor experience with the food at one Pizza Express restaurant. The issue was not resolved locally. Does someone have the E Mail address for the Head Office in Uxbridge where I can send my complaint please .I can only find the standard feedback form which would mean the matter would not be directed at someone who could deal with the matter.

Email isn't taken as seriously as a letter (in my opinion) - for the cost of a stamp, get it in an envelope.

Agreed.

I really don't understand why people insist on emailing companies. It is such an impersonal way of communicating and you have absolutely no control over who sees it and what attention they pay to it.

I always prefer post for complaint letters. You can usually address it to a particular person (its rarely difficult to find particular people at companies) and I know that they will give that letter much more attention that the will an email. People just feel different when they get post than they do when they get email.
