ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
The Competition will be staged on the following dates:

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entrants must be a UK resident at the time of the draw and over 18

ITEM 8: JUDGING & DRAW DETAILS

- The prize winners will be those persons who are successfully drawn at random from all fully completed surveys

ITEM 9: PRIZE DETAILS
Two prizes are available to be won consisting of the following will be awarded to the prize winners subject to the prize winner(s) complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

1 x HTC bundle of two handsets consisting of:
• 1 x HTC One
• 1 x HTC Mini

1 x HTC One handset

There will be two winners, the first winner selected at random will win the HTC bundle. The second will win the HTC One handset.

Please note that this prize will be shared across all participating stations (as per list above) and all correct entrants will be put into a central pot with the one winner chosen at random via a prize draw.

ITEM 10: PRIZE PROVIDER
River Media Services will be providing the prizes on behalf of Bauer Media Group. RMS’ Ts&Cs are as follows:

1. Our Data Promise to you.

The Bauer Media Group is absolutely committed to respecting and protecting your data whilst it is in our care. We collect your personal information because it helps us to understand your needs and guides the way in which we interact and communicate with you about our products and services now and in the future. We have strict policies and procedures in place to protect your data when you send it to us, when we process it in order to provide you with the services you have requested or, where you have given us your permission to do so, to send you information that we think you’ll find interesting, and thereafter when we store your data on our secure servers.

2. What personal data do we collect?

The Bauer Media Group collects both Personal Data and Anonymous Data when you send us information or when you visit one of our websites. 6. The information we may collect from you about others.
