Fair ScS warning. Misleading customers

Hi all,
I figured I need to warn everyone about this. ScS have been dragging us around and trying to fob us off the last couple of weeks with a Sofa we didn't order.
They're currently stocking corner sofas from the LaZboy range, which a really comfortable in the store. All of the salesman I have asked say it's interchangeable and you can arrange them however you wish and whenever you wish after you get it.
We fancied a sofa with one long end and one short and were advised to order a 2C2 as they call it which has two seats, a corner unit then another 2 seats and we were told to change these to how we want when we get it.
Three months later. Sofa arrives and we're very excited!... Then it turns out it cant be set up how we ordered it. They refused to let us decline the delivery because we had signed a contract saying 2C2 even though they told us we could arrange it how we want.
They've sent out three people trying to fix a sofa that can't be fixed because it's impossible to arrange it that way apparently. So far they've tried to bodge the arrangement twice and sent someone out to fix a broken zip the first guy messed up. The sofa is wonky now, some of the legs don't touch the floor... and they're still trying to tell us it's our fault for signing a contract for a 2C2 which they said they could rearrange.
We even went back to make sure we hadn't misheard anything and went asking how we could arrange the sofas again at a different store and I quote, the young guy trying his best to sell us the sofa again said:
“You could have it laid out one way on a day and then change it to another completely different layout the next day if you wish”
He even signed his business card to say the Manhattan LaZboy was interchangeable.
So this is a fair warning from me. DO NOT buy anything from ScS, especially the LaZboy range. They're misleading people into what you're actually buying. Three grand down here and a sofa which just isn't right. We're in the complaints procedure but I wanted to warn everyone.
Many thanks,

Tamla or other? Looks like single chairs from the picture, Why can't you take one out and move it over?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

The Manhattan. You would think you could just change them as you want since it is in different parts. However the corner section doesn't have the rails on like the the other small blocks in the centre bits do. This means you cant put the end recliners attached to the corner unit according to the ScS after sales team. I've looked at it and this seems to be true. Why they would sell us one saying completely the opposite I have no idea.
I have no idea why they're built this way to be quite honest. It just seems silly to me.0 -
Send them an LBC.
Then issue court papers [very easy online].
That tends to focus their attention.0
