If she is ill with young children will she be well enough to look after your home, mow the garden, touch up paint, steam clean carpets when children spill a drink.
That was my mums thought - more wear and tear on the house if she's home a lot! I believe the children are aged between 7 to 12. So not toddlers. Just wish we had other interest. Any advice where to advertise anyone? Just on gumtree at the mo.0 -

Plenty of places - pop over to the buying, selling and renting board, they are great with landlord and accidental landlord advice, I use an agent (worth the fees) as they do so much work and advertisement, I prefer it, then you have their books, zoopla, right move etc to advertise on.0
