M&S credit card reward vouchers

I’m aware that reward vouchers for the M&S credit card are mailed out several times a year, but can anyone tell me when they are usually sent out?

Are they sent out at roughly the same time for everyone, or does it depend on when you took out your card?

I got my card end of June/beginning of July this year and noticed a week or so ago that my points had dropped from over 2,000 to around 100.

Should I have received my first batch of vouchers yet?

On my statement, it says 'Points earned before September, 10 are being converted to reward vouchers to be mailed IN November'
