IVA and Home insurance

I have recently looked into renewing my home and contents insurance and they have a question about bankruptcy, does the IVA I paid off last year come under this direct question and should I declare this to my insurer.

Was I 'Bankrupt' when I had the IVA?

thanks,

No you were "insolvent" or "entered into a voluntary agreement with creditors"....not Bankrupt.
