you dont need a threat of violence to be forced to do something.
eg "banks purposely put up interest rates a higher rate then wages rates over last 15 years, so there is not enough money in circulation for the high prices, people only can turn to borrowing to try to survive"0 -
If you were working part time and could not claim on the policy for this then this is one of the reasons you could use for mis sell.
When you could not claim on this PPI did the bank cancel it?, if they did and you did not get a reduction in the monthly payment for the loan, you would still have repaid the PPI until the day the loan was settled.
If they gave you a rebate of the PPI at cancellation, you would still have repaid the majority of this PPI.
Go on the link taff gave and make the claim.
If you need any more help then just ask.0 -
ok thanks amershall, yea was working part-time , and kept on paying the PPI all the way till the end.
they did not cancel it at all, monthly payments kept the same.0 -

Where this falls down is that raising interest rates only impact people who have borrowing in the first place. If you had none it wouldn't matter. And borrowing rates are linked to savings rates. So whilst bad news for those in debt, increased rates would proportionately benefit savers.
As for the PPI if you were working under 16 hours per week at the time you took it out (not the time you tried to claim) you probably weren't eligible so by all means complain.0 -

Look at price rises in houses, oil, food for past 15years compare to wage increase, put down consumer spending power so they will turn to debt. They want people and companys in debt. its a scam why do you think even the goverment is in debt?0
