Me neither, I'm thinking in terms of bluster and robust sounding language.
Fact is you're likely to find yourself in the list of creditors and might only get a few pence in the pound if they go into administration, nothing if struck off. If you can bully or appeal to their better selves or turn up on site and see if they'll give you some kit and hardware to get rid of you, that's your best chance to not walk away empty handed.

Looks like there were warning signs in 2012, so it may well have been trading illegally recently, and one of the personal duties of the director is to not trade illegally. I was thinking if you could use that as a bit of a bullying threat/reminder that it'd be good to get rid of you peacefully...
Now, I'm sure someone who's actually been through this will come and give you some wiser words soon - I'm just thinking how you can limit your losses whilst the dust is still in the air, before the fallout.0 -

Just found a website that says they are £37k in the red.
They do have some assets but the £-37k is after they are taken into account.
Website still active. Have you tried phoning pretending to be a new customer and order something?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
