What is the form on taking cooker when moving?

Just because I answered concisely and didn't dress the points up with paragraphs of fluff doesn't mean it was 'hostile'. You asked some questions, I answered them.
This isn't a customer service facility whereby I have to make small talk etc or wish you a 'great day'. I was simply trying to help.
Charming.
Why didn't you answer the question then?
You said "1) Doesn't matter whether it's 'normal' - they can do as they wish wit their property."
I don't see what this has to do with my question. I was not questioning what the seller can and cannot do with their property. I was merely asking about what was customary as a basis for final negotiations.0 -
Of no help to the OP, but when we moved into our house the seller left behind the cooker despite saying she was taking it on the property forms. She had also stated she was taking the bath (a lovely avocado green thing), but we assumed that was a mistake (which it was!). The cooker must be over 20 years old, and I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I particularly like the dead spider that "lives" behind the bit of clear plastic above the knobs - I'm quite attached to him now. I'm still using it, in the dining room currently as we have no kitchen at all!0
