Java is easy to instal and should be no problem. Just google it and click wherever it tells you to.0

Me too. Old one passed away a few months ago, have been using the laptop. Got new PC the other week, Java was not installed. I went to the Sun Microsystems web-site and downloaded it from there no problems since

I've been with NR Silver Savings for a while now. They have consistently increased their rates to stay at the top - and they do it quickly too.
I find their website quite easy - I had to install java which was easy to install even for me a novice at computers!
If you want some money moved - it gets done promptly.
I find the only negative comments on this board about NR over time tend to come from people who haven't reached 50 and can't get an account lol
Like fbrj I am a big fan of this account.0 -

TBF the NR Silver saver online account is a fairly new account so they would be expected to keep rates decent for a while, it's just that they do have a habit of failing to maintain high interest rates after a while when they have 'sucked' enough customers in!
I am not knocking the account, it is a good rate but it will pay to keep an eye on the rates, most people who post at this forum probably will but a lot of customers invest the money then forget about the interest rate which suits the bank naturally!
