Exactly the same thing happened to me. Every time the white box appeared I thought I would see a code! :mad:

Button not working for me either! Refreshed several times as well but still not able to click. Was not able to try at 10am so am disappointed. Just refreshed again and got the message all codes have gone :mad:

Typed in, clicked the green get code box and got nothing, blank, problems loading page, problems getting on here, tried on phone in case it was my pc browser, won't link to page on there, so bloody frustrating.. :mad:

There must be a better way of running a promotion..

Actually, thinking back button wouldn't work for me, so I ended up ticking the receive newsletter box or whatever it was and after that the button worked???
