For those experiencing difficulties with codes I entered mine in E VOUCHERS section (rsh site)and it worked and credited my account straight away. This is on the MSE site :
" If you have any problems using the codes, call 0800 377 7748 or email redspottedhanky@atos.net." I hope that helps and you get your credits .:-)

What a load of rubbish!! The box never appeared when I went on at exactly 1pm, 4pm and 8pm-waste of time!

Bit of frustration from me - was ready and waiting at each time and submitted details within seconds of the site going live - failed every time so would be interested in what any secrets are around on this !!

Didn't see the box until 8:01 but got a code no problem, first time I tried today too.

I think that 10,000 people will have got them as advertised in 2,500 lots. How they got them is anybody's guess.

My own experience was that the offer box didn't open at the specific time at 10, 1, 4 or 8.......it was just the message that it would be opening. Refreshing the screen made no difference. This happened to me for all 4 periods. This frustrating situation was obviously shared by others. BUT it can't have been the same for those who managed to get them.

It was open for some and not for others.

First come, first served is fair enough. But it seems this was "SOME" first come, "SOME" first served.

Same for me. Have tried 3 times today. Had page ready but 8 pm link didn't go live until 8.03 when got message all codes gone. Obviously something not right. I have got vouchers in the past and although it requires patience I always got one. Not today. Unfair to regular RSH customers when people obviously computer savvy who can get there ahead of time and then sell on ebay.

Well that was disappointing. Each time I tried this, but the "box" never showed, only the subscribe one at the top. Very frustrating, and I could definitely have used it next week. Grrr. Hope the fortunate 10000 have a good trip. No, really

Finally got one - but only because i saved the open box from 4pm - and prefilled it.

Then just started pressing button from 7.59pm and hey presto.

THANKS TO ALL WHO SUGGESTED KEEPING BOX OPEN :T
