Easyjet Holidays

Booked holiday for 4 in July in a supposed 5* hotel and to cut along story short it is the worst holiday I have had, I have been fighting easyjet for 2 months now and they say they cannot do anything. We went fully inclusive and the food was so bad after 2 days we complained ( all logged) and after 3 days we were all ill and needed medicine.
All easyjet say is we should of called them from the hotel.......easyjet holidays and easy jet flights you have lost 4 customers at least and I know you dont care because you just keep closing my complaint as "not verified".....reception and doctors know full well how many people were ill and yet they ignore it
PLEASE NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH EASYJET HOLIDAYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND MISLED.

You had problems at the hotel but did not contact them until after you were home...if you had called them from holiday and gave them the opportunity to move you/resolve the situation and they flatly refused then you may have some complaint.
I am assuming that as the food was so bad you ended up eating elsewhere and are trying to recover these costs which may have been reasonable if Easyjet had been given the opportunity to move you but hadn't
* ratings in hotels can vary significantly depending on the country and are often based on the facilities offered. eg swimming pool 24 hour room service etc gets a minimum of x*s. You will often see 5* hotels abroad that we may compare to 3* hotels in the UK
What were you expecting from Easyjet holidays?
Did you check the hotel reviews before booking, how are the reviews for the period you were there? were other people at the hotel ill? why did you eat food that was so bad?0 -
Has anyone else had any bad (or good!) problems with Easyjet Holidays?
I'm almost certainly going to be booking a holiday for next summer with them when they finally release the flights next month. All I expect from the flights is to get me there and back, relatively on time would be nice (definitely not expect any sort of luxury!), and I've read a lot of the Tripadvisor reviews for the accommodation I want to book so I think I know what to expect there (again, not any sort of luxury!).
It's going to be a trip for a special occasion so I don't want to book anything that's notoriously awful that might spoil it for us!0 -

I suggest you re-read that post and consider how it is helpful to the OP in his current circumstances.0 -
I hope you get it sorted. I just booked a hotel in Ibiza through booking.com, which I believe which Easyjet uses when you book hotels through them (just the hotel though, I'll be flying BA to get to my destination).0

Easyjet Holidays is operated by lowcostholidays. Try giving them a call. They are all in the same office working together.0

The website says "easyJet Holidays brings together the favourite UK airline, easyJet, and the leading arranger in the UK of accommodation, lowcostbeds.com, to provide great value for money city breaks and beach holidays to all easyJet’s destinations."
Maybe try raising it with lowcostbeds.com?
And the lowcostbeds.com website says:
Our customer has returned from holiday and made a complaint regarding their accommodation?
All after travel complaints can be sent to traderelations@lowcostbeds.com accompanied by a copy of the customers letter to you and any related documentation or photographs. On receipt of this information you will be sent an acknowledgement letter within 7 days and either the full reply or holding letter within 28 days.0
