Hi all I recieved a letter today from a company that said that they have been asked to write to me as I may have a claim for ppi compensation and that they will write to me again in 12 weeks with there findings? Not really sure what to think about this although I know I did have ppi on a barclaycard that I have finished paying back this month.anyone else had a letter like this and got anywhere with it? Don't really know what to do tbh. Sxx

Banks, lenders, providers do not use third party branded letters to write to you. They may employ big national service companies behind the scenes but everything sent to you comes on their own headed paper.

CPP is not PPI. it is something different. However, it is genuine. So, you can respond to them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
