could somebody tell me if you can reclaim ppi from welcome finance and if so how.

You can certainly complain that it was mis-sold to you.

If your complaint falls within the correct timeframe you will have to make your complaint via FSCS this is assuming WFS sold you the PPI and loan. We have a complaint currently with the FSCS, the lender was WFS but our complaint is against the broker who sold the product, Bright Finance. You need to check who sold you the loan and PPI if it was a broker and they have not been declared to be in default then you complain directly to them, if WFS sold you the PPI then you will need to complain via the FSCS. Again it depends when the product was sold to you I think these brokers only became regulated after 14th January 2005. Anything before then I do not think the FSCS will consider and brokers are not obliged to either.0
