I read the paragraphed variant of your post. Unfortunately paragraphs only help a little.

It's no wonder you got nowhere. I'm not sure if English is your first language or not but I would suggest you seek proper legal advice over this, and take someone who is fluent in English.

That's not an issue. You can write a long post - the more info the easier it is to help but here are some free commas and fullstops which will help out next time. You may also want to chuck in the odd capital letter ;)

Seriously though, do just take a step back. People are happy to help but we need to be able to understand what you've written.

As good as it was for someone to put it into paragraphs, my head was too sore after trying to read the OP to try again.

I don't know how people expect help when they can't be arsed to make a post readable in the first place.

Ye we get it it guys.... ops post needs paragraphs, gives us little information, makes no sense, blah blah blah blah blah. This was highlighted in #3 so why we're at post 18 and nothing new has been said is beyond me!

So op.... the court agreed the mechanic was the party to the contract and not the garage....

When did you buy the car and when did the problems arise?
What was the problems? The cars age & mileage?
What was the particulars of your claim? What was the mechanics defense?

Do you have a receipt? If so, whose name is on it? (IE garage or mechanic)

I cant see what the actual problem is. Any chance of a single line summary?

Took crap car to the garage who said it was kaput, Sold another crap car and tried to sue the garage.
But lack of planning and legal advice they walked all over the OP.

A mechanic sold the car to the OP. Not the garage. OP lost the case.

So the actual problem is that you sued the wrong person. Correct?

And the garage didn't reveal that information when the summons was issued. So you got to court and the garage revealed they didn't sell you the car but the private mechanic did so your case was thrown out.

Are you asking whether you can now sue the private mechanic?

    If so then yes.

But I strongly suggest you get someone else to put your case together. (Ideally a legal person if you are using small claims track and definitely a solicitor/barrister if you are using regular county court.) If you use your style of communication the judge will be confused and won't have patience with you. You'll probably lose important facts in a sea of irrelevant waffle. Sorry - trying to be constructive, not rude.

Make sure you have answers for the mechanics defence in the light of what you learned when you sued the garage. Keep the case simple and factual with evidence to prove your assertions.

There will be more costs. I hope the money you lost on both cars is worth the investment. If its not then consider giving up.
