Moving from Current Fixed to Npower

I'm currently with Co-operative Energy Fixed until April 2014. Is it worth moving to NPower and their Fixed until 2017. It will cost £60 to leave the Co-op.

Have you read the reviews/posts about Npower customer services ?

On my current usage the Npower 2017 fix would cost me an extra £350/ year.....not worth the risk of possible prices. History shows that yes, prices go up then drop back a bit , by staying on the best available shorter term tarrifs my annual costs have only risen by £250 over the last 4 years.
