DPD and Amazon praise

Just like to praise DPD tracked delivery service. Ordered from Amazon yesterday for delivery today (prime) but unfortunately had to go out, went onto DPD website, after receiving two emails, and was able to see where the delivery driver was presently located and also the time, within 15 minutes, of her arrival with my deliveries, I was then able to make it back home with minutes to spare. Have had some dreadful experiences in the past with other companies and late or missed deliveries so thought I should give praise where it's due, and before anyone comments I have no relationship with either DPD or Amazon.

I think DPD are great. They send me a text to let me know when they are coming and make it easy for me to change the time. They've always been on-time for me.
So when DPD are so good why do Amazon sometimes use Yodel.....!?0 -
DPD are the best.
If they say they'll be there between 10am - 11am, they ALWAYS arrive at 10am on the dot.0 -
