Lloyds TSB settlements

I had a claim upheld by the FOS back on 6th June relating to a loan with Lloyds TSB. The letter stayed it could take up to 8 weeks for them to provide me a settlement offer and subsequent payout. Following a phone call, lloyds have confirmed this is the case and the calcations team (who are not contactable) are working on my case.

However, tomorrow will be 15 weeks and despite my regular phone calls once a week since the 8 week mark passed, I am still waiting for any further communication from Lloyds.

Anybody had a similar experience, or more to the point got any advice on how I could progress it.

Thanks

  • I'm in a similar situation, my letter from the FOS is dated 2nd August, rang Lloyds last week to see how it was progressing and was told that it was with the final adjudicating team (whatever that is) and that they couldn't give me any timescale.

Not much help to you, but at least you're not alone;)
