Hi all its the first time I have posted here
id love some help...
we bought a sofa from Harveys 11 months ago , the past month things have gone wrong , a lump of wood appeared underneath and the sides dropped ( inbetween cushions and arms !)
Had an inspection this morning and im not happy . On the 3 seater the cross member has completely snapped/fallen down ( wooden structure supporting middle of that sofa ) to repair this it will take up to 3 hours all the springs need removing etc and each arm that has come away will take 30mins per arm .
My concern is that it is bound to happen again and the sofa will be out of guarantee by the time the work is complete .
Apart from this I feel let down they cost me £1500 and I don't think they are of satisfactory quality to have these problems after only 11 months
My husband dis preparing to ring them tonight about it as I am just gutted - what are my rights ? Do I just have to allow them to repair the issues and suck it up ?
Thanks for any help xxx
