Hi Forumers,

Just after some positive thoughts and luck please. I think I have entered 30+ comps a day since June and won nothing yet.

Its all down to luck so can someone post some to me please? lol.

Want to check there are no secret ways to win comps like sitting with your legs crossed whilst whistling the Superman theme tune as you press enter?

also as a side question I struggle to see how people can enter 200+ comps a day?? It takes hours for me to scan through posts and comps to select. Plus 200 a day must be every comp posted from crisps to holidays!! I use RoboForm to make it quick but I still don't see how people enter that many! lol

200+ can be quite easy with the dailies, retweets, FB like and share comps etc.

Plus, some people are insomniacs and enter loads during the night.

if you are trawling through comps & struggling to find enough to enter it may just be that you are being too selective - most peopl who bemoan lack of wins are only entering top end prize such as cash, electrical appliances , mobile phones etc. These big wins come rarely.

I enter 200+ a day but I have health issues & cannot work so it's sort of like a job replacement & as you can see from my sig all my wins this month have been small ones

200+ a day is easier than you think, I used to do it. Now I stick to the comps i really want to win and enter about 50 a day and I still get plenty wins.

In addition to what others have said, you would probably be surprised how many comps you have entered which have closed have not yet been drawn. While I was told about a win about 15 minutes after the comp closed a few days ago, I have also been told 5-6 months later! Given this, when you start I would think that it takes a good few months to build up a lot of entries in the system so that as many are being drawn each day as you are entering, if you see what I mean.

Comps are almost worse than applying for jobs as they are a merciless numbers game. At least with work you can try a bit of old boy networking but comps are run by computers.
Try sending "I tried your such-and-such & it's wonderful! Quite sorted out my dodgy knee/bowels/dachsund" emails instead & enjoy the vouchers and startled "so glad you liked them" emails instead?

There are a lot more than 200 a day posted etc. I easily do 300+ a day and I work too. 200 comps is only 10 pages as there are 20 comps per page. If its a weekend and i'm behind i can get through around 50 pages in the day which is 1000 comps unless my maths is off.

I started out comping with doing about 25-50.

Then I started doing the dallies, added Facebook (I was on there anyway) and often enter comps by end date if I don't have much time.

It soon adds up.

Try different ways and see what works for you personally.
