I used to drop my mail at a friendly PO. After it got a new owner - my mail costs shot up.
I did my own mystery shop (ok it wasnt a mystery - it was me ) - but i had weighed and priced everything - something i had stopped doing under the original owner. Overcharged by £18.
I stopped and went to another PO. Then they changed owner - and started rounding the weight up  . So my 1.99 KG parcel became a 2kg parcel - so overpriced. They also said if the post touched the sides of the templates - they were too big.
I eventually found my current one that will happily knock a gram off if it helps, and squeez the odd small parcel through as a Large Letter.
Happy days :T - and if you mystery shop them, and get them in trouble for being too cheap - i'll put a stamp on your forehead and post you to timbuktu  (underpaid, of course - so they will have to pay at the other end. I'm not paying for a holiday). :rotfl:0
