This is not really a new thread, but I've just joined the forum and I can't find the answer to my question in previous threads.

I'm still unclear about the mis-selling of Card Protection policies - and so are some of my friends. I've been paying Barclaycard Sentinel Gold since 2003, when I was already in my seventies , believing that my cards, keys etc. were not covered by my Home Policy. Do I have a case, or is it just an old man being stupid?

If you had no need of this PPI, find out what this PPI actually covered you for, make a complaint for mis sell.
If it was for unemployment or redundancy and you were not working, these are reasons for mis sell, most cover life so if you had life insurance then use this as a reason too.
If you need any more help just ask.

It's not PPI it's CPP.

There was no need to have it because you should have been covered by the normal fraud prevention anyway. There's some kind of vote going on, I don't know, there's a long thread about it somewhere....
