    Adviser is a female.

Thanks for all the helpful replies.

My daughter is planning to relocate in December now - with a possible job offer.

Still need to bear with this nonsense till then...

Is your daughter registered with some temp agencies?

  • wow i have never heard of an advisor emailing someone directly as they have long email address which would then reveal their email address formats to the public.

They should only submit info via the section within UJM that allows them to do this.

You should print off the emails then demand to see your manager, she's only been claiming since July, i could understand someone who has been out of work for over 1 year or more but not a couple of months. I would submit them to citizens advice and make a formal complaint. or if you like just request to be transferred to another advisor.

I don't know what the role involves but where does the advisor even find the time to do what must be double the work of her colleagues?

Sounds like either Robo-Advisor or management are well aware of the weekly signings carried out.
  • Knock the Jobcentre on the head and get a part time cleaning job. There are loads out there and she only has to get 10 hours to match JSA.
    The World come on.....
  • Why would she need to be signed off sick if she is claiming JSA?
