If you think you are entitled to compensation, you should write to your regional electricity distributor within three months of getting your power back on. Your regional electricity distributor may not be the same as the company that supplies you with electricity. Aint Google grand.That gum you like is coming back in style.0

I lost my electricity supply last month for over 24 hours. One of the workmen said I was probably due some compensation. My bill is now in and no credit is showing. Do I have to apply or should it come automatically? Suppier is npower.

How much money did the loss of elec cost you? Supplier is irrelevant, you need to apply to the distributor in your region. Compensation will be around £50.0
