Help Please - SD card overwrite

Hi,

I have been very silly. I had some pics on an SD card which I accidently deleted and then took more photos. They would have been overwritten once. These are very important photos and I have been careless. Should I forget about them or is there still something I can do? I tried Recurva but had no joy as I had overwritten them. Anyone able to please help?

  • Your not the only one to do this ;)

Ive used Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery in the past and that's been very good.

Download some trials of photo recovery software. Most will show you what it can recover before you have to pay to recover it (unless you know where to look to get it free :) )

They may not have been overwritten, the card doesn't start again from the beginning, but may carry on in order to spread the reads/writes.

Recuva can get a surprising amount back.
