Hi Forums
I recently bought a NAS (Network Attached Storage) drive from an Amazon Market Place reseller. The price was very cheap. The NAS is a Synology DS214 this is an extremely new NAS model. The web page that I bought the device through had the correct description for the NAS the RRP with a line through it with the offer price below and the further specifications where also correct for the DS214. The only parrt that was wrong was a picture in the listing which was a picture of a rack mount kit (I assumed that this was just any old picture as the item is so new)
The parcell arrived today and it turns out to be the rack mount kit not the NAS!
I have contacted the reseller who says he is happy to give me a full refund.
Can I insist that I have the goods that is described in the order and that I have paid for or will I have to settle for my money back?

You'll just have to settle for your money back.
Make sure they pay the return costs.0
