    Hi Rags,

Sorry to hear you failed some exams, too much time spent on here I expect.... will you be taking them again...?

As for debt repayment I guess its all relative to your income as to how much you can pay each month, before my dmp I was paying out over £1400 a month and that's before my share of mortgage/utilities/food etc..

How you doing with the surveys? My onepoll is now on £27.55 but I've not been very good with them all and must try harder from .. tomorrow...

Hope you have a good week and enjoy the end of the weekend..

    Hi Rags,

How's it going? Are your Ebay sales doing well? I used to sell lots, but have found that some customers really do expect something for nothing and some are not very nice at all. I prefer a boot fair for most of my junk, that way they can't complain afterwards...!!!

Although saying that my dd is in the process of clearing her room and some of the items will be too good for a boot fair so I guess I will have to Ebub as well...

Hope you have a good weekend.

  • Hi peeps!

Quick up date! I got a little £3 in from My surveys! thats going to my debts... I know its only a little bit but every little bit helps and im down to my last two debts.... determined to be out of debt this year... even if it kills me....

think my exams are only £146 each so ive over estimated by £8 so i can lower my debt by that as well!

Ebay item finishes tomorrow i think... so thats an extra £1 or sooo lol

    Hi Rags,

Can't answer your grocery spends question I'm afraid.. I can tell you that my grocery spends for December were £399... that would be for 2 adults and 1 teenager and 2 cats... And included christmas... I would usually spend about £70 ish a week, but do buy all my meat/poultry/fish on reduced/yellow stickers... So much so that I banned myself from buying any in January as both my freezers were full!!!

So from that £150 seems tight, maybe £200.. £50 a week would be better for you.. I would blame the cat, if its anything like mine they are little piggies....

I guess it depends how much you like eating...!!! Personally Its one of my favourite hobbies so I have no plans to give it up... I also find fresh food so much more expensive than processed food.. (think iceland..) and at this time of year when we are all going.. I must be slim for summer.. eating veg, fruit, salad etc.. all expensive stuff....

    Think I'll stick to chips.....
