How do I block a particular webpage?

Hi all
I have a time-wasting and depressing addiction to Freecell! Yes that tedious little game that comes free on your PC. I deleted it on my PC and have now started playing in on Yahoo Games. I would do like to win back the hours of my life I waste doing this pointless activity.
Is there any way I can stop my browser opening that particular page? I can't block the whole of Yahoo as I have email there as well.
I know self discipline should be enough but I have proven to myself that I have none.
Very very very grateful to anyone who can help.
PS I use Firefox but have IE as well so blocks on both would be great.
