Halifax CC online system fault?

Is there an issue with Halifax system at the moment? B/F balance on August statement is correct. Payments & new transactions figures are incorrect but they net off to the amount paid shown under "your transactions" on page 2.

The balance shown on the system cannot be reconciled, and no statement is available for September as it says "no transactions generated" although payments have been made in September prior to the date that the statement would be generated.

It also gives a payment due date for October together with the amount due!!!

Does anyone have an email address for customer services where I can set this out for them as the account is for DH but like many others it's me who deals with the finances!!

I know the system was down over the weekend for update - could this be a result?
