Yeah I don't get that, I bought some earbuds from amazon that have lost sound on 1 side, well perhaps a third party seller. the return policy says 30 days, but im pretty sure if anything doesnt last a year I should still get it replaced!
Should the seller replace it or the company that manufactured it? Thankyou.

Its important who you bought them from, the third party or Amazon.
If amazon, contact them through the site and say they are faulty and that they need to resolve the situation for you. They will do, but the default site process won't allow for returns after 30 days...0 -
There is no set time that goods must last in the UK. The Sale of Goods Act says that goods must last a 'reasonable' time. What's reasonable depends on the particular product. A year isn't the cut off point, and many things will be expected to last a lot longer than a year.
As visidigi said you need to contact the company that sold them to you, although if there is a manufacturer's warranty in place the manufacturer might help too.0
