No response from Barclaycard. Chase them up or let it roll ?

I sent the FOS questionnaire / form off to Barclaycard a few weeks ago. On their site they aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 days, then have a decision within 8 weeks.

I have had no acknowledgement of receipt, but sent the forms Recorded Delivery so I know they have got them - Should I chase them up to make sure I am 'in their system' or wait until the 8 weeks is up and contact them then ?

It is possible they did not get the complaint until a while after you posted it, you should have sent it by 1st class post, signed for means someone has to sign to say that they have received it, this will most likely be whoever is on the front desk when it is taken in by the postie and not the department you sent it to.
Give them a call and ask if they have received this.
