Hi All
Got home from work yesterday and OH has received a MBNA PPI questionnaire through the post, this isn't something we have requested.......just though this seemed a bit odd ??
Just wondered if anyone else has received this out of the blue?

Not odd. Companies are currently writing out to people to invite them to complain if they feel they have reasons to complain. It doesnt mean anything. It just allows them to start the three year time bar. They are known as CCLs.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Nope, not odd at all.
I received one from MBNA for a Virgin credit card I had. I filled it in, a couple of weeks later I got a letter upholding my complaint and shortly afterwards a cheque for just over £2.5k
