    there had to be the obligatory post didn't there, ha you're right.
    but until i have any problems with them, i will keep using, for me, if it aint broke, don't fix it. it may be slighty broken, but i ain't seen it ;)
    Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

    as i have said, no problems yet but that don't mean i will always be lucky ;)
    it depends also, on how bad the problem is, if it ever happens, if its a minor one, i can deal with it, because my past record with them is outweighing that. fingers crossed, as long as they keep coming up trumps for me, i will use.

    Its the price of success. The bigger you are , prorata, the amount of complaints.
    OTB are one of the most popular internet travel agencies.

    Personally, I have never been able to get a like for like hotel room cheap enough to book with them, but if one comes along in future, I would have no problems booking with them.
