Don't be tempted by iSupplyEnergy's tariffs

I am completely frustrated with my energy supplier - iSupplyEnergy. I was tempted to switch by their cheaper deal, but am living to regret my decision as their Customer Service is the pits - in fact, there really doesn't appear to be anyone within the organisation who actually speaks to customers. In my case, all I want is to access my latest statement on line - a statement they emailed to tell me was ready to view. I have now emailed them 4 times, sent 2 complaints, queued on their phone to actually speak to someone about my complaint, only to be put through finally to an answering machine . Having just checked out their Facebook page, it seems this is the norm for this company. I SO wish I had checked before switching. Lesson learnt. It really isn't worth it for a few quid less a year. Oh and, naturally, the Energy Ombudsman doesn't want to know unless you are 8 weeks down the line.

I'm having the same experience.
They last tweeted at the end of July, I've had one useless reply from them via their website and they never pick up the phone or call back to the voicemails I leave them.
All classic signs of a company which won't spend much longer in business
My direct debit is cancelled and I'm waiting for them to contact me about it.0
