Why can't Capital One be precise with their DD dates? All my other DDs go out on a precisely advised date. Are they trying to catch people out? Surely they must know exactly when their DDs will be processed - and when weekends and bank holidays are likely to occur?

I raised this issue with them a while ago - to no effect.
