Cant get Photos onto new memory card !

I lent my friend my SD memory card as the one she had ordered handnt arrive in time for her holidays. I planned to then put her photos on her card.
I have moved the phots onto my laptop but when I try and move them onto the new memory card it comes up with a message saying 'The file is not supported on this device'
Can anyone explain how I can get her picture onto her memeory card. She has a Kodak C360 if that makes any difference

It sounds to me like you might be plugging the card in to the camera, and then plugging your camera in to your PC. Try putting the card directly in to your PC if you have a card reader slot. That will bypass the camera driver, so should stand more chance of success.

Yes that is what I have been doing as I dont have an SD card reader
