Hi,
My aunt was trying to access her Yahoo account and a window popped up saying her account had been hacked. To cut a long story short it resulted in a long phone call, a new account being created and a £150 bill. The company said they worked for Yahoo - FALSE and they did not gain her access to her mail account, they just set up a new account in yahoo, which anyone could have done. They are now threatening her with court action if she doesn't pay. She is a strong and resilient woman, but at nearly 80 you can imagine it's quite a worry and something she could do without.
Has anyone else had any dealings with this company?
Thank you in advance.

Ignore them.
what do you think will happen when they try and report you to the courts.?
"Hello mr court man, we are scammers, we scammed an 80 yr old out of £150 that they refuse to give us, can you please tell them to give it to us as we are too busy scamming other people."0
