IVA Help

I was originally under the impression that my reclaimed PPI would come off my agreed total repayment (total debt £24k agreed repayment in IVA £13k). I found out last week I had £8k in PPI which I was told I had to try for through Equity in Finance (who take a 33% cut despite me doing all the donkey work!) I was heartbroken when I received a very curt email from DFD that the PPI would be added as a dividend. Am I within my rights to ask for even a small amount of this money, even the interest? I am very unhappy with my IVA company, I feel I was almost bullied into the IVA as I was in a very bad place mentally due to my money worries. I also feel i was mis-informed about the PPI and total debt. I was not aware that there were charities who gave impartial advice. I have paid a fortune in fees which could have come off my original debt...Will be debt free on 28th January 2017 :j0
