Hotel owner not agreeing to terms in booking

I booked a hotel last night with hotels.com, a 2 night stay for 3 people including breakfast. The price paid includes this and it was stated on the booking page and on my confirmation. However the hotel owner emailed me this morning to say that breakfast is not included and can be added for an extra charge. I replied with the confirmation of booking that states breakfast is included and they just said that it is "wrong" and that breakfast will not be included but the booking is at the same price. Where do I stand with this? Is it better to just cancel the booking altogether and book a different hotel?

If you argue your cornet they'll probably pee in your Frosties and get crap service.
I'd either cancel the hotel and stay somewhere else or cancel breakfast and get it at a local cafe..0 -
Perhaps contact hotels.com and see who's mistake it is, if you cancel make sure they don't try to hit you with a cancellation fee.0
