Advice need asap please

Hi I won my claim against Barclays last week 6th of june, and today i have received a letter from them and there is 4 conditions that i have to agree with but i am am unsure if i should they are.T hey will pay my claim in full and final settlement.

There be a voluntry stay of execution pending payment

That upon reciving payment to write to the court stating that i have withdrawn my claim pursuant to a settlement between parties.

That i consent to the default judgment being set a side.

Do i just sign the consent form and this letter agreeing to the terms or what.

Any help would be greatfully recieved thanks
