I know nothing about the laptop tuners I've seen advertised.
What type of antenna is needed?
Is an internet connection needed?
Are they any good?
I'm considering how to get TV while camping in UK, perhaps later in France. Any advice will be welcome.

I don't know which brand is best, but you can google usb freeview turner0

usb tuners - Generally a bit rubbish unless you connect to a roof top aerial or you live next door to a transmitter0

Same type of antenna as a Freeview box or Freeview TV. Reception depends on where you are.0
