Morning dudes,
I'm looking to upgrade my desktop to a machine that can cope with high end photography and run lightroom in a snap... this caught my eye in Currys and looking on-line I'm sure that it's a bargain:

Any comments on this machine - good or bad?

Yeah I'd say the links from Cisco001 should be considered0

is it that £400 is your budget? if you want fast processing, get a fast processor I suggest, i.e. ivy bridge or haswell i7 quad core. but obv these will be more expensive. hard drives and memory a relatively cheap, i suggestFriendly greeting!0

depending on what version of lightroom you are using, it might be better to get a PC with a pretty decent nvidia gpu in.
dont worry too much about ram, ram is cheap and easy to upgrade so adding more wont be much of a problem0
