Who's got a beef with LoveFilm.com?

Hi there,

Have you had an annoying experience or unresolved dispute with Lovefilm.com in the last month?

Is your blood boiling from the injustice? Are they ignoring your complaints?

As part of DVD Rental comparison site ChooseDVDRental.co.uk's new content launch, we are starting a DVD consumer champion column called "Reject or Respect" where we will endeavour to solve or rectify a problem or dispute with your DVD Rental Provider.

If the provider can offer a quick and decent solution, they get the 'Respect' stamp of approval. If they weasel, whine or ignore, they get labelled a 'Reject' for all our visitors to see.

To start with, we are looking for any genuine, unsolved disputes with LoveFilm.com (preferably from within the last month, but we will also look at issues up to 3 months old).
