Dell Cashback Still no Payment

Hi All,
I bought a Dell printer from a retailer which was promoted with Dell's Trade in Cashback. Send them your old working printer and you get £100 back. I did all the necessary paperwork and received an email to confirm it. Sent off my old printer - which was confirmed received and my claim validated. Told I would get a payment within 40 days. That was 2 months ago. Still no payment. Have emailed them with no reply. The correspondence has been to dataserv recycling (not sure if Dell own them or not).
Anyone else in this situation?
